MRCP PACES: practise the clinical encounter
PACES preparation combines examination technique, explanation, clinical judgement and communication. ZYS provides a structured practice environment for these skills, with fictional training cases and clear separation between published learning material and AI-generated simulation.
Practise the whole encounter
A useful rehearsal includes respectful introduction, consent, comfort and privacy, a focused assessment, synthesis and a management discussion. The clinical conversation should stay centred on the person, not only the examination finding.
Cases and examiner questions
The case bank brings together original practice briefs, examination instructions and focused examiner discussions. The cases are in beta: each carries its recorded review status, and none is presented as clinician-approved unless that approval is recorded.
AI simulation is not an examiner
Optional voice role-play can be useful for practice, but it is generated live and is not an official PACES assessment or a guarantee of examination performance. It needs a distinct disclosure, session limits and a clear feedback route.
Reflection and continued improvement
Every plan includes immediate educational feedback after each station. Saved notes, historical performance comparisons and extended progress tracking are part of Premium.
